VA offers a variety of tools and resources that can help both Veterans and their caregivers set and track achievable goals for the new year.
Here are five VA resources for making and committing to your resolutions in 2025.

You can also connect with a community of other MOVE! Coach users on social media to share progress and motivate each other.
To eat healthier: VA’s Healthy Teaching Kitchen
If you want to eat healthier, get started by learning how to cook nutritious meals. With VA’s Healthy Teaching Kitchen, you can learn more about nutrition and take cooking classes at your local VA facility or follow along at home using its YouTube video recipes. The program will help you build the confidence to cook easy and healthy recipes at home.
To improve well-being: Mindfulness Coach
Mindfulness Coach is an app that helps you reduce stress and improve emotional well-being through mindfulness. Features of the app include guided mindfulness exercises, a training program designed to help you adopt a mindfulness practice, reminders that support mindfulness and an exercise log where you can track your progress.
